| OUR MR Grade Plywoods and Block Boards are moisture resistant and BWR Grade Plywoods and Block boards are boiling water resistant and should be used only with timber or wood products or other similar panel products which are treated with fixed type preservative chemicals; |

| OUR Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects giving no room for any complaints; |

| WE ARE SURE that there will be no scope for any complaints. However, in case of any complaints you may contact OUR Dealer with proof of purchase for further action for rectification/treatment by OUR technicians in the first instance and if beyond rectification even thereafter WE WILL reimburse the value of the Plywood or Block board as the case may be; |

| OUR Warranty does not extend beyond the reimbursement of price of the Product purchased from OUR dealer and does not cover any damage arising out of mishandling ,improper storage and or unskilled usage/operations; |

| Decision to remove defects and implementation of the Guarantee rests in OUR sole discretion. |

| ALL DISPUTES or claims pertaining any matter/s including the above are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore only. |
